for its
Offline Digital Marketing Programs
. You will support learners in mastering practical skills—from building websites and running ads to analyzing campaigns and completing capstone projects. You'll work alongside instructors to ensure hands-on, outcome-driven learning.

Key Responsibilities

Learner Support & Doubt Resolution

  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions for:
  • SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, E-commerce, Web Analytics, Content & Performance Marketing
  • Guide practical projects like:
  • WordPress websites
  • Shopify stores
  • SEO audits
  • Ad campaign builds
  • GA4 dashboards
  • Content calendars
  • Review and give feedback on assignments, case studies, and capstones
  • Encourage participation via demos, competitions, and presentations

Outcome-Based Learning Assistance

  • Support milestone projects:
  • WordPress, Shopify, SEO, Google/Meta Ads, GA4 dashboards, landing page optimization
  • Assist with case studies in D2C, SaaS, E-commerce, Retention, and Content Marketing
  • Help learners build portfolios (campaign reports, dashboards, content calendars)
  • Support resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, and mock interviews

Batch Management & Coordination

  • Track attendance, submissions, and learner performance
  • Coordinate with instructors and ops teams for sessions and labs
  • Resolve basic technical/tool issues
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email/Retention, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
  • Experience with campaign execution, SEO implementation, dashboards, and analytics
  • Good communication and mentoring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple learner queries and tasks.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience as Trainer/TA/Mentor in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on use of tools like: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Wati
  • Freelancing/client/project experience
  • Strong portfolio (blogs, LinkedIn, personal website, case studies, etc.)
