Job Title : Scrum Master

Experience : 1-3

Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Role Summary:

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile development practices, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and delivers high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and priorities.
  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team ownership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
