The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.Mandatory skills :- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional) or equivalent certification.- 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.- Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies including the Scrum framework and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence.- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Expert knowledge in developing/driving/presentation with metrics and KPIsDesired skills :- Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills.- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.- Works with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership.- Ability to work well in a team environmentDomain : Insurance
