As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage [end-to-end processes] […. process]. Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing end-to-end Technology Hiring across multiple domains and skill sets
- Working in a hybrid model from the client location, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with client stakeholders
- Strong exposure to RPO model with proven delivery excellence
- Hands-on experience working with Workday recruitment platform and other ATS
- Proven expertise in Stakeholder Management and long-term relationship building
- Skilled in Offer Management, compensation discussions, and negotiation processes
- Adept at ensuring smooth process alignment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Strong focus on pipeline management and maintaining proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Expertise in market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for niche technology roles
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in reporting, dashboards, and recruitment analytics to track and present hiring metrics
- Skilled in offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a seamless joining experience
- Collaborated closely with hiring managers, business heads, and HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with business goals
- Recognized for maintaining high quality of hire and achieving strong candidate conversion ratios.
You'll need to demonstrate:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or large-scale hiring environment.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple technology domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident, vocal, and assertive personality with a proactive approach.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (preferably Workday).
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring (15–20 positions/month).
