Role Description

We're seeking a developer with hands-on coding skills and a passion for problem-solving. You will be responsible for designing and deploying automation workflows, integrating APIs, and developing small-scale applications that remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency. While custom code in JavaScript or Python will be your primary toolkit, you'll also be expected to explore no-code platforms when they offer a faster route to execution. This role demands ownership, adaptability, and a readiness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Build and maintain automation workflows using scripts and APIs


• Develop internal tools, dashboards, and lightweight applications


• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational inefficiencies


• Evaluate and implement no-code tools where applicable


• Document processes and maintain clean, reusable code

Qualifications


• Solid programming skills in JavaScript or Python


• Strong understanding of API integrations and backend logic


• Basic frontend development knowledge is a plus


• Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently


• Internship or strong project portfolio in automation or app development is a plus

Skills Required

Proficiency in JavaScript or Python with clean, reusable code practices


• Strong understanding of API integrations and backend logic


• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) is a plus


• Experience or familiarity with automation tools like n8n and Zapier


• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize workflows
