Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of our automation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automating complex business processes using Automic/UC4 and One Automation batch scheduling and administration tools.

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in system monitoring, automation, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of Automic Scripting, shell scripting, and team building principles
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining UC4/Automic platforms
  • Expertise in agent troubleshooting, calendar creations, and maintenance
  • Ability to analyze logs and create/triage vendor tickets
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
  • Maintaining and improving system stability and reliability through health checking, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and design effective job plans
  • Handling client calls, resolving issues, and providing guidance to the team as needed
  • Setting up, installing, configuring, and patching UC4 environments
