Job Title: QA Automation Lead at Indore Location.

Location: Indore

Experience Range: 6–7 Years (Must include team-leading experience)

Notice Period: 0–20 Days

Must-Have Skills

- Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript
- Frameworks: Selenium (Data Driven, Keyword, Hybrid), Playwright
- Automation Types: Web Automation, API Automation, Backend Testing
- Technical Expertise:
- Framework design from scratch
- REST services, SOA architecture
- SQL, CSS, XPath
- Jenkins (CI/CD)
- Cross-browser automation tools (BrowserStack/Selenoid)
- Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams (2–5 members)
- Process Knowledge: Documentation, test strategy, test plan creation, and presentation skills
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client interaction, collaboration

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 2–5 automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
- Build and enhance frameworks using Selenium with Java & JavaScript and Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement backend testing using SQL queries, CSS, XPath, and best coding practices.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and integrate automation into development workflows.
- Conduct parallel and cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack or Selenoid.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation — test plans, reports, and presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, explore new tools, and integrate modern test automation approaches.

Good to Have

- Experience with Cypress, WebDriver.IO, or other Java/JavaScript test frameworks.
- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter) and security testing.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tool integration.
- Database testing experience.
