Job Overview:

As a Program & Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale software projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget. This full-time position is remote, reporting to the Director of Project Management.

Job Description:

Program & Project Management:

Manage the successful delivery of 5-6 large-scale software projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Ensure projects follow the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Agile & Scrum Leadership:

Champion Agile and Scrum practices, driving process improvements and fostering a collaborative, agile work environment.

Act as a Scrum Master when needed, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaborate with product owners and teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure clear communication of goals and timelines.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and promoting best practices in software development.

Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability, ensuring high morale and productivity across multiple teams.

Guide technical leads in implementing the best architectural and technological solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

Provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables, and ensure stakeholder requirements are met.

Manage scope changes, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee projects involving a wide range of technologies, such as Java, , React, ASP.NET C#, and various databases.

Ensure efficient use of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS for building scalable, secure applications.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, with a focus on minimizing defects and maximizing performance.

Lead efforts in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Proactively address potential delivery issues to avoid delays and ensure projects meet high-quality standards.

Primary Skills :

SDLC, Project and Program management, Agile & Scrum Leadership, Team Leadership & Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Quality Assurance & Delivery,Technical Oversight, Jira, Product/platform Engineering.

Good to have Skills :Development experience, Java, Cloud, DevOps, Architectural Patterns, AIML, GEN AI.
