We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented New Zealand Study & Visa Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the New Zealand study application and visa process while building strong client relationships, driving sales, and promoting our university partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction & Sales

Make sales calls and conduct in-person/virtual meetings with prospective students and families.

Convert leads and inquiries into successful enrollments.

Negotiate agreements and close sales effectively.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential clients.

  1. Student Visa Guidance & Documentation

Counsel students on New Zealand study and visa requirements.

Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on student visa laws and policies.

Support clients throughout the entire visa journey—from inquiry to final arrival.

  1. Consultation & Follow-Up

Explain student visa processes to students and stakeholders.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up regularly.

Address queries, resolve issues, and handle client objections effectively.

  1. University Partnership Promotion

Promote New Zealand university partners to potential students.

Deliver professional, high-quality counselling services for study visas.

Provide end-to-end documentation support for students.

  1. Client Profiling & Solutions

Assess client eligibility and recommend the best-fit study and visa options.

Offer tailored solutions and overseas study pathways for students and families.

Provide transparent guidance to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, client relations, or student visa consultancy.

Strong knowledge of New Zealand student visa laws and policies (preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
