Job Title: Wealth Manager – Mutual Fund Department

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our growing Mutual Fund Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual funds, preferably from an AMC or wealth management firm, and a proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable mutual fund products, and offering comprehensive investment solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail mutual fund clients.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and risk appetite to provide personalized investment solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing strategies based on market trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mutual fund products, performance metrics, and regulatory changes.
  • Offer end-to-end wealth management support, including SIP planning, goal-based investing, and tax-saving strategies.
  • Ensure a high level of service and prompt resolution of client queries.
  • Coordinate with AMCs and internal teams for smooth transaction processing and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mutual funds/wealth management; AMC background strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of mutual fund products, asset classes, risk profiling, and portfolio diversification.
  • Strong communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-first approach with the ability to build and maintain trusted long-term relationships.
  • AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Certification is highly preferred.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Experience handling HNI clients or investors with large AUMs.
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial tools and reporting software (Excel, MF platforms, etc.).
  • Ethical and professional conduct in handling investments and confidential data.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to upskill and grow with the organization.

Salary & Benefits:
