About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales of CO₂ laser cutting machines, knife cutting machines, and automation solutions. The role involves lead generation, customer visits, technical demos, quotation preparation, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers across textile, garment, leather, signage, packaging, footwear, foam, acrylic, etc.
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, exhibitions, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer applications and recommend suitable machine models.
  • Conduct product demos and explain features, software, cutting quality, and ROI.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and customer relations.
  • Coordinate installation, training, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Textile).
  • 2–3 years in CNC/laser/textile/industrial machinery sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of materials like fabric, acrylic, leather, MDF, foam, etc.
