Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and represent the company directly with clients and prospects. In addition to traditional marketing responsibilities, this role requires hands-on engagement through organizing seminars, delivering product demonstrations, visiting clients, and playing a key role in generating and converting leads to drive business growth.Key

Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Event & Seminar Management:

  • Organize and manage promotional events, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, follow-ups, and event materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Client Engagement & Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct on-site and virtual product demos for prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Gather feedback and report to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation across multiple channels.
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
  • Analyze lead conversion rates and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Follow up with prospects post-events, demos, and campaigns to convert interest into business opportunities.

Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Visit clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and gather market insights.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and client interaction.

Brand Management & Communication:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop content for brochures, websites, social media, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and media partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [Education/IT Industry].
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, events, and demos.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, MS Office, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events and seminars.
  • Ability to engage and influence clients at different organizational levels.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate complex products (if applicable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
