Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager specializing in Interiors Construction Materials to lead our sales efforts in Hyderabad. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to drive business growth, and nurturing relationships with key clients in the construction industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in salesforce, lead generation, and B2B sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively drive and manage sales activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales processes efficiently.
  • Proven market analysis skills to identify industry trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
