  • To adopt best counseling practices.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to motivate students.
  • Guide students to relevant courses as per their requirements.
  • Facilitate admission process as per the needs of the student.
  • Build rapport with students to address challenges.
  • Address students concern with empathy.
  • Adopt focused approach in problem solving.
  • Recognize and resolve nonverbal communication.
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to counseling of students.
  • Soft Skills- Excellent communication, Active Listener, Open to discussions without bias and Proactive approach.
