Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the CEO, based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant to the CEO will manage executive administrative tasks, support daily operations, and help streamline office administration. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The position calls for a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively assist the CEO in managing day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support the CEO in daily operations effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills for efficient coordination and task management.
  • Experience in Office Administration to handle the operational aspects of the workplace efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
