Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and approach potential B2B partners, including overseas educational institutions, international study councils, student recruitment agents, and prospective franchisees.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote overseas education services, study programs, and franchise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns for B2B clients, agents, and franchise prospects.
  • Conduct market research to track global education trends, explore potential destination markets, and analyze competitor activities in both B2B and franchise markets.
  • Represent the organization at international and national education fairs, networking events, conferences, and trade shows to drive visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor, track, and report on sales activities, partnership pipelines, and market insights to management.
  • Support and guide branch teams in achieving international student recruitment and franchise sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Education, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in overseas education business development, B2B sales, or franchise sales.
  • Proven track record in agent management, lead generation, deal closure, and partnership development within the overseas education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build international networks and consistently achieve targets.
  • Self-driven and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
