Job Description

We are looking for a committed and passionate TGT Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong subject background in History or Geography and proven experience in handling NCERT syllabus for Grades VIII–X under the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages inquiry and critical thinking.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Maintain lesson plans, records, and reports as per academic guidelines.
  • Collaborate with peers for cross-curricular integration and academic enrichment activities.
  • Participate actively in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs.

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in History or Geography with B.Ed.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, handling Grades VIII–X.
  • Strong command over subject content and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and fostering student engagement through interactive methods.
