Job Description: Client Servicing

Job Location: Andheri west

Experience: 3 to 4 Years of experience

Qualification: Graduation

Build lasting client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:


• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact.


• Proactively identify client needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.


• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the engagement process.


• Manage client service requests and resolve issues efficiently.


• Track and report on key client service metrics, including customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless client experience.


• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adler's Den's products and services.


• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, decks, and proposals to clients tailored to their specific needs and preferences.


• Visit the clients regularly to build relationship and stay connected.


• Seek referrals

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).


• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in client service or a similar customer-facing role.


• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• A passion for exceeding customer expectations.


• A person coming with hotel management experience would be preferred.
