Role Team Member – Credit Risk
Designation Manager
Location- (Kolkata)
Job Purpose / Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with 2-6 years of experience in Credit underwriting or Credit
Risk preferably in MSME/Microfinance/Business loan (small ticket size) segment for Manager
onwards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of portfolio monitoring reports along with various analytical
reports to TL or Head-CR
Ensuring validation of Credit Risk Profiling (Dashboard) at desired intervals & preparation of
deep-dive quality analysis based on Earning at Risk flagged in Risk profile to TL or Head CR or
CRO or respective Management Committee
Validation of Risk Models and Rating models
Ensuring quality submissions of reports/frameworks/specific monitoring analysis to
respective Management Committee
Behavioral/Trend Analysis of respective portfolio & probabilistic model building to project the
behaviour of a particular portfolio and overall advance book of the Bank
Vetting of newly introduced products and policies by way of providing risk observations and
risk assessment of modifications / changes in credit parameters for existing products.
Ensuring compliance by catering to ad-hoc data request towards other teams or any ad-hoc
regulatory data requirements.
Ensuring adherence to various policies including policies pertaining to Risk management
