Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Process Specialist – Non-IT Operations located on-site in Hyderabad. The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks will include process mapping, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. The specialist will also be tasked with maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
