About the Role

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our team and work on innovative generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, test, and refine prompts to optimize AI model outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance across various applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize prompts for AI models (text, chatbots, image generation, etc.).
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to integrate AI into business workflows.
  • Assess AI outputs for accuracy, tone, bias, and usability, and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and prompt engineering practices.
  • Work with APIs and basic scripts to integrate AI tools into applications.
  • Document prompt strategies, experiments, and results for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) for automation and integrations.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safe usage.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Creativity and adaptability to experiment with diverse use cases.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, digital content, or related projects.
