Service Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Supervisor to lead and manage daily pest control operations in Bangalore. This role is responsible for supervising field technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, handling client escalations, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in the pest control industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Service Management

• Supervise daily pest control service operations across assigned routes.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits to check service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer escalations, inspect sites when required, and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of service reports, chemicals used, and customer feedback.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, equipment, and PPE; coordinate replenishment when necessary.

Team Leadership

• Manage and guide a team of pest control technicians.
• Conduct training for technicians on safety, service quality, and updated treatment methods.
• Monitor performance, ensure discipline, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment with strong teamwork.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure technicians follow all safety protocols, including chemical handling and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular audits of tools, equipment, and PPE.
• Ensure all statutory compliance related to pest control services is maintained.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team for service planning, material allocation, and client coordination.
• Support in generating additional business opportunities through upselling or cross-selling services during site visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in pest control operations or service supervision.
• Strong knowledge of pest control treatments, chemicals, and safety practices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle (2-wheeler).
• Ability to lead and manage field staff effectively.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple sites.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
