Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled English Communication Specialist (Sales Caller) to join our dynamic team at Next99. The ideal candidate will have excellent fluency in English, a confident personality, and the ability to engage with international clients/customers. Your main role will focus on sales outreach, lead generation, and client conversions through professional calling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients/prospects to promote services and generate leads. Build rapport, present value propositions, and engage in persuasive conversations. Handle objections with confidence and move conversations toward deal closure. Maintain detailed call logs, notes, and CRM records. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Represent the company in a professional, polite, and energetic manner.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal & written English communication skills (neutral or US/UK accent preferred). Prior experience in international calling / BPO / telesales / customer acquisition is a strong plus. Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to quickly understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions. Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication). Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
