
Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers in the assigned area to present and promote products/services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and door-to-door activity.
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and competitor activity.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
Follow up with clients for repeat orders, upselling, and relationship building.
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile sales apps.
Fluency in local language; English or Hindi preferred as an add-on.
Education: Graduation preferred
