As we expand our team in Kozhikode, we are looking for passionate Enrolment Officers to guide students in making informed academic decisions and support the admissions process.

Role Overview

As an Enrolment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents. Your role involves understanding their academic goals, recommending suitable programs, and driving enrolments. Key Responsibilities

  • Student Interaction: Engage with students and parents via inbound/outbound calls using our internal lead database.
  • Enrolment Guidance: Understand individual goals and recommend the right academic programs.
  • Program Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of Xylem Learning's offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrolment goals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Feedback Sharing: Provide insights to improve lead quality and the student experience.

Who Can Apply

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in enrolment, counselling, sales, or advisory roles (freshers welcome)
  • Track Record: Prior experience in meeting sales or enrolment targets is a plus

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Language: Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English communication is a plus
