- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

As a Software Engineering Manager for Multi-Device Data Infrastructure's Bengaluru, you will lead the strategy to build a new engineering team focused on accelerating key segments of our device agent platform strategy. You will foster a collaborative team environment, working with teams across Google on high priority initiatives, and building and powering new AI experiences in collaboration with Product Areas (PAs) across the company.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development and execution of key work-streams in the device agent platform strategy.
- Build consensus and goals within the team and across collaborating teams.
- Work within timelines and product launches.
- Collaborate across various Product Areas (PAs), including DeepMind, Platforms and Devices, Research, and Search.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
