Job Summary:

The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding students and corporate clients in selecting suitable educational programs, ensuring excellent service delivery, and achieving enrollment targets for both B2C (individual students) and B2B (institutional/corporate) segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on program options, admissions, and career pathways.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, schools, and institutions.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops for prospective learners and organizations.
  • Manage the end-to-end admission process — from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in educational counseling, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and target orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
