About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, the production team, logistics, and field sales staff. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and clients for daily orders and dispatch planning.
  • Process sales orders, raise delivery challans, maintain order entries, and update the ERP/CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track dispatch schedules and communicate delivery timelines with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and weekly/monthly performance summaries.
  • Support sales team with documentation for tenders, quotations, agreements, and price lists.
  • Maintain records of customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Assist in planning sales promotions, sampling activities, and market feedback collection.
  • Handle communication with logistics partners for transportation and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in food/FMCG/manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email drafting, and ERP/CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of dispatch, invoicing, and basic logistics will be an advantage.

  • Working Days: 6 days (or as per company policy) (9:30 am - 6:30 pm)
