We're looking for a Campaign Manager who can combine platform expertise, performance strategy, and creative judgment to run campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear, executable campaign plans.
- Suggest formats, creatives, and timings based on audience insights and platform nuances.
Performance & Optimization
- Deliver measurable outcomes—whether lead generation, sales, brand awareness, or engagement.
- Optimize campaigns daily for budget efficiency, targeting accuracy, and ROI.
- Use SEO knowledge to align campaigns with broader content discoverability.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure campaign creatives are high-quality, impactful, and on-brand.
- Bring a creative angle and discerning eye to campaigns—ensuring that visuals and copy resonate with the audience.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Understand client goals thoroughly and proactively share insights, ideas, and improvements.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with agility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager to track results.
- Prepare insightful reports that go beyond numbers—highlighting learnings and next steps.
- Stay updated on platform trends, SEO best practices, and industry benchmarks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in campaign management across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to deliver results (ROI-driven campaigns, lead generation, awareness).
- Compulsory familiarity with tools: GA4, Ads Managers, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong SEO knowledge with ability to integrate search strategies into campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a creative mindset and eye for quality content.
- Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with remarketing funnels, A/B testing, and CRM integrations.
- Exposure to B2B performance marketing and employer branding campaigns.
