We're Hiring | Finance Executive

Blue Ocean The Fern Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule – a leading business & leisure resort on the Konkan coast – is looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing team.

Role: Finance Executive

Location: Ganpatipule, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations


• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and reconciliations


• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements


• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control


• Support internal audits and financial analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting

1–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (hospitality experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

Eye for detail and accuracy
