Role & responsibilities

  • Estimation, quantity extraction and tracking expenses
  • Monitor execution of all electrical and services establishments of the project
  • Verification of contactor /PRW/ vendor bills
  • Execution of all MEP activities as per defined quality, budget, timelines and Safety/HSE guidelines.
  • Regular monitoring of construction schedule.
  • Coordination with all MEP vendors, contractors and consultants
  • Manage standard quality in MES services, documentation like billing, test reports
  • Design coordination with services consultants and internal stake holders for smooth operations

at the site.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have 10-15 years in a similar role with min 5 years in multistory housing project
  • Ability to work on MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Auto Cad
  • Knowledge of Quality assurance
  • Ability to work in a team
