We are seeking a visionary and results-driven
Senior Director of AI Product to lead the definition and execution of
Cornerstone's new Workforce AI Agentic products. Reporting directly to
the GVP, AI, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and
capabilities for this cutting-edge product line. This role is a critical,
cross-functional leadership position responsible for launching AI-Native Agents
that will reimagine the future of work. You will orchestrate research,
development, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management,
collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and strategic
customers to deliver industry-leading solutions.

This role requires a blend of deep product
strategy, operational leadership, and market execution.

• Drive Strategic Vision: Define
  the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our Workforce AI
  Agents, including clear product requirements, success metrics (KPIs), and
  a robust go-to-market (GTM) plan.
• Go-to-Market
  Ownership: Own the product
  positioning, key benefits, and target customer profiles. Partner with
  Product Marketing to define compelling GTM messaging and strategy for a
  new product line.
• Global
  Team Synergy: Operationalize and
  synergize a distributed team of product managers and engineers across
  global locations (e.g., Dublin, CA, and India), ensuring unified execution.
• Cross-Functional
  Influence: Act as the central
  influencer across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer
  Success to ensure alignment and drive successful product adoption.
• Customer
  & Market Insight: Engage directly
  with strategic customers to ensure their success, manage critical
  escalations, and translate market needs and competitive landscape changes
  into a winning product plan.
• Delivery
  Oversight: Provide continuous,
  high-quality feedback to development teams, accelerating progress toward
  release and ensuring the delivery of industry-leading, AI-Native solutions.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have…

• Deep Product Leadership: 8+
  years of product management experience, preferably with complex B2B SaaS
  product lines, or proven entrepreneurial success in launching and scaling
  products.
• AI-Native
  Experience: Direct experience
  building and launching enterprise SaaS products, specifically those
  utilizing native AI or AI Agentic architectures is highly preferred.
• Technical
  Acumen: Strong technical
  foundation with a clear understanding of the AI technology and product
  landscape necessary to define market-differentiating capabilities.
• Executive
  Influence: Exceptional communication
  and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving results
  across all levels of the organization without direct hierarchical
  authority.
• Data-Driven: Demonstrated
  strength in analytical and problem-solving capabilities, consistently
  using data and defined KPIs as the primary driver for product decisions.
• Customer
  Obsession: A relentless focus on
  customer success and a proven track record of creating and demonstrating
  tangible value for the customer.

Education: BA/BS
degree or equivalent practical experience. Preferred MBA a plus.

Extra Dose of Awesome:

• Expertise with APIs and
  technical integrations relevant to enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience
  in the Human Capital Management (HCM) or Workforce Technology domains.
