Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and driving business opportunities for solar products and solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and providing training to clients on product usage. Additionally, you will work on strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring the promotion and growth of the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive sales targets and business growth.
  • Ability to provide effective Training and guidance to customers in understanding and utilizing solar products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Knowledge or prior experience in renewable energy or solar technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
