Job Description:

Marketing Associate / Executive

Experience Required: 0 – 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set, and achieve marketing targets across multiple digital platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Suggest creative strategies, ad copies, and A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to set and work towards clear marketing goals & KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing will be an added advantage.
