Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects of the organization including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as GST returns, TDS filings, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate internal audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Oversee year-end audits and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
  • Manage monthly financial compliance and timely return filings.
  • Provide guidance on import-related taxation, customs duties, and international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making with financial insights and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
  • 5 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in an ICT or import-based company.
  • Strong understanding of GST on imports, TDS, customs duty calculations, and international taxation.
  • Hands-on experience in handling monthly filings, statutory audits, and internal compliance reviews.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, and financial controls.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
