Role Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of Jivika Pure, including budgeting, collections, payments, compliance, and financial reporting. The role demands hands-on involvement in daily accounting activities, managing distributor and vendor payments, and maintaining financial health in alignment with our company's growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collection from distributors, modern trade partners, and online marketplaces.
  • Track vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and financial analysis reports.
  • Support in inventory valuation, cost control, and margin analysis.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances as per regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.
  • Liaise with banks for working capital management and fund requirements.
  • Recommend strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and procurement teams to align financial planning with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in FMCG or D2C brands.
  • Strong knowledge of collection management, vendor payments, and trade finance.
  • Proficiency in Zoho, Tally / ERP systems, and MS Excel.
  • Sound understanding of taxation, compliance, and inventory accounting.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
