Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a focus on
B2B lead generation using LinkedIn
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn strategies to drive high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn lead generation strategies aligned with sales and marketing goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and decision-makers via LinkedIn.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles (both company and key personnel) for increased visibility and lead conversion.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to target and qualify prospects.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including connection requests, messaging sequences, InMail campaigns, and sponsored posts.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics (e.g., connection acceptance rates, response rates, lead conversion rates).
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging and ensure lead nurturing flows are effective.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends in digital lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dux-Soup, Zopto).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer personas, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
