Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in electrical or technical industries. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in B2B or industrial sectors. This role will be instrumental in promoting our electrical products and solutions, supporting business growth, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote electrical products and services across relevant markets.
  • Create compelling content for brochures, presentations, product data sheets, and technical case studies.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to understand product features and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website content, email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain and enhance brand presence through consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Liaise with third-party agencies for advertising, branding, and digital services.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to track ROI and KPIs.
  • Provide mentorship to junior marketing staff and support cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a strong advantage.)
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing within electrical, industrial, or technical product environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Experience in organizing and managing trade shows and technical events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
