Role Proficiency:

Program Business Analyst

Experience - 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

� Assess current telecom services to identify potential redundant Wavelength/P2P connections and network circuits that are no longer under contract.

� Coordinate site assessments with the network architect and engineering teams and use the Jira tool to assign tasks to the team.

� Oversee the collection and tracking of CRG invoices and contract data, coordinating with vendors to obtain copies of contracts.

� Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present findings that support optimization efforts.

� Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines.

� Collaborate with the broader Supplier Operations team to request quotes and order new circuits, as well as manage the disconnection of outdated services

� Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, decisions, and outcomes.

� Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telecom service optimization.

�Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status and results.

Key Skills: Qualifications: -

� Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.

� Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.

� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

� The ideal candidate should have knowledge of telecom services (data circuits/voice lines) and network infrastructure.

Mandatory Skillls

Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis, data analysis,

or a similar role in the telecom industry.

Proficient in Atlassian Jira suite for project management and tracking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
