Role: Creative Editor– Marketing Team

We are looking for a passionate and creative
Creative Editor
who can plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality
photo and video content
across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, trends, and formats that resonate with
global audiences
. If you enjoy transforming ideas into engaging visual stories and constantly experimenting with new creative styles, this role is for you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing Head and internal teams to align content with campaigns, launches, and growth goals.

  • Content Creation & Assistance: Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish content, while also assisting the team in content creation for Reels, Shorts, Carousels, and Stories across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Regional Adaptation: Create and adapt content for different global regions, aligning with local trends, formats, and cultural tone.

  • Organic Growth & Engagement: Support strategies to improve reach, engagement, and organic growth across platforms.

  • Creative Storytelling: Develop visual narratives that reflect Atives' vision, community, and creative ecosystem.

  • Video & Audio Editing: Edit videos with strong pacing and visuals; select trending sounds/music to maximise impact.

  • AI-Powered Creativity: Leverage AI tools for content ideas, captions, video editing support, ad creatives, and regional adaptation.

  • Planning & Organisation: Maintain content calendars, track performance metrics, and support campaign planning.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay updated on global and regional trends and quickly adapt them into relevant content for Atives.

What We're Looking For (Ideal You):

  • Passionate about content creation & social media growth.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in editing.
  • Strong skills in video editing & design (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Must know AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, etc.) for content, editing & ad creatives.
  • Ability to analyze and adapt content per region (tone, culture, audience preferences).
  • Knows how to maximize reach & engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Super organised with a love for planning and consistency.
  • Confident in experimenting with new formats & strategies.
