**Content Creation**:

- Develop and write engaging scripts for YouTube videos that align with our brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and generate new video ideas and concepts.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- **Story Development**:

- Craft clear and compelling stories that captivate the audience from the introduction to the conclusion.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to a broad audience.
- Incorporate elements of humor, drama, and emotion to enhance viewer engagement.
- **Video Production Collaboration**:

- Work closely with video editors, producers, and other team members to ensure the story is effectively translated into video format.
- Provide guidance and feedback during the video production process to ensure the final product aligns with the original vision.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Understand and analyze audience demographics and preferences to tailor stories that resonate with them.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback to continually improve storytelling techniques and content relevance.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of storytelling content using YouTube analytics and other metrics.
- Use data insights to refine and improve future storytelling approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in storytelling, scriptwriting, or content creation, preferably for YouTube or other digital platforms.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Creativity and the ability to generate original and engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with YouTube trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
- A portfolio of previous storytelling or scriptwriting work is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
