Job Title: SME, Otter and Lip-Sync Trainer

Level: Jr. to Mid-Level

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Timings: 06:30 PM IST 03:30 AM IST (EST timings)

Shift: Night Shift | No Cab Facility

Important: Fluent English mandatory (no broken or casual English).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Train Bench Sales IT candidates including OPT/CPT/Stem-OPT, freshers, Jr. & Sr. level candidates.
  • Conduct training for interviews via Video, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Web Cam, etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate interview calls to place consultants on projects efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to consultants on performance and address queries.
  • Train consultants on tools like Skype, Web Cam, Otter, Lip-sync, and best practices for interviews and professional behavior.
  • Coordinate proxy interviews and ensure consultants are fully prepared and client-ready.
  • Schedule and manage interviews, including communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for project methods and resume alignment.
  • Organize training sessions, mock interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and monitor consultant progress via Excel sheets, reporting regularly to management.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess applicants skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Maintain detailed records of consultant progress, placements, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and team leads to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Update resumes and post on job portals: LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.
  • Track submissions, maintain EOD reports, and keep consultant records updated.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive consultant information.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel, fast typing, video conferencing tools, market research tools, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, Excel, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Fongo, Zadarma, TextNow, Otter AI, and major job portals.
  • Prior experience in consultant operations, staffing, or recruitment preferred.
  • Immediate joining only (no 23 weeks notice).
