Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable cum Collection Executive to manage customer invoices, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate records of receivables. The role involves coordinating with clients for payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in maintaining a healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue invoices to clients on time.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Follow up with customers/parties through calls, emails, and visits for overdue payments.
  • Maintain and update records of receivables, receipts, and payment status.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies, if any.
  • Prepare regular reports on outstanding balances, collections, and ageing analysis.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for client billing and payment issues.
  • Escalate long-pending dues to management with appropriate recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to handle clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally / ERP), and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
