Associate Program Manager – Delivery & Logistics

Vedantu is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Program Manager – Delivery & Logistics
to join our growing team. In this junior-level role, you will support key operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of processes across various business units. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, optimizing processes, and improving efficiencies while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Associate Program Manager – Delivery & Logistics
to manage the end-to-end logistics for Vedantu Store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of supply chain and delivery operations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of our products to students across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage
  end-to-end logistics operations
  for Vedantu Store.

• Partner with courier partners, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.

• Monitor and improve
  delivery performance metrics
  (on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per shipment, etc.).

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Forecast demand and capacity to ensure adequate logistics planning.

• Lead projects aimed at scaling delivery operations and improving customer experience.

• Maintain clear documentation and dashboards for operational reporting and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Support, Product, and Finance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum
  3 years of experience
  in logistics/operations in a
  D2C company
  .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end
  delivery and fulfillment operations
  .
• Experience managing third-party logistics partners and courier networks.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of logistics tech tools, ERP systems, or WMS is a plus.
