A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities include but not limited to-

1. Ensure manufacturing of high quality products to ensure compliance with global standards- analysis of internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty)

2. Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting 'Build Up Quality'-Evaluate Process and Machine Capability; Effective Functioning of CTQ Machine

3. Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect free launch/ramp-up of new models.

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis on the following-

1. Frame defect contribution in FTR

2. Periodic review of projects & KPIs.

3. Evaluate Process and Machine Capability

4. Monitor and report line loss due to quality incidents

5. Work closely with maintenance department for equipment maintenance; SQA for bought out parts and various audit agencies

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2-3 years in an automotive firm

1. Product, process & systems knowledge
