Job Title: Floor Executive

Job Summary:

The Floor Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the showroom floor, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. The role requires a combination of sales support, customer service, and administrative coordination to drive showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about products and services.
  • Support the sales team in showcasing vehicles and promoting ongoing offers.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
  • Assist in preparing vehicle documents, test drives, and delivery processes.
  • Manage customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with service, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor stock, inventory display, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle features, financing, and sales processes is a plus.
