Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

● Develop and execute operations plan & strategies aligned with organizational goals and

industry best practices.

● Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture

of accountability and continuous improvement.

2. Process Optimization:

● Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement Six Sigma principles to

create & continuously improve high-visibility & high-efficiency processes

● Drive efficiency gains and cost reductions through the implementation of best practices

and innovative solutions.

3. Team Management:

● Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, city operations, and

supply chain operations, manufacturing unit etc..

● Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and

communication.

4. Quality Assurance:

● Establish and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure services meet or

exceed customer expectations.

● Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve

operational performance.

5. Continuous Improvement:

● Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma

methodologies.

● Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer

satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
