Job Description Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Kharadi & Kesnand, Pune

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and timely campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, infographics, stories) tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and monitor social media pages, engagement, and followers' growth.
  • Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create effective campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Build and maintain a strong online employer branding strategy to attract talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and online branding.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinking with strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/exports industry environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiner or with short notice period.
  • Candidates located in or near Kharadi / Wagholi / Kesnand, Pune.
  • Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
