About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Post-Production Supervisor to lead our editing team for an innovative AI-driven video project. This is a contractual position where you will be responsible for building and managing a team of editors, optimizing AI-based workflows, and ensuring top-quality creative output.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and creativity and wants to be part of the future of post-production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, supervise, and mentor a team of editors working on AI-generated video content.
  • Design and implement efficient AI-enabled post-production pipelines.
  • Maintain creative quality, consistency, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to achieve project goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges in real time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in post-production (film, video, or digital content).
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI editing tools and workflows.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Must be based in Delhi and available for full-time on-site presence during the contract period.

Compensation

  • Project-based salary (commensurate with experience and expertise).
