Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Blister Operator-Pharma located in Ahmedabad. The Blister Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining blister packaging machines. Day-to-day tasks include machine setup, adjusting settings according to product specifications, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting any issues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and maintaining blister packaging machines
  • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Technical skills for adjusting machine settings and performing minor repairs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an advantage
